There are indeed many ways to care for our eyes, like don't read in the dark and eat foods that are healthy for the eyes too. I'm really sorry right now because I don't pay much attention to the health of my eyes. I was really disturbed by my eyes that couldn't see long distances, using contact lenses every day and in the end my eyes were swollen. Swollen eyes really disturb my activities.
